Renewable Energy Finance Coalition (REFC)
The
goal of REFC is for Congress to change the tax code to allow
privately owner wind projects to be financed with tax-exempt
bonds. The coalition advocates for the proposal among
developers, agricultural groups, farm bureaus, rural development
organizations, wind energy advocacy groups and conservation
organizations.

National Wind Coordinating Committee (NWCC)
NWCC
support the development of an environmentally, economically,
and politically sustainable commercial market for wind
power. The
Committee is comprised of representatives from utilities,
wind industry, environmental, consumer, regulatory, power
marketer, agricultural, tribal, economic development, and
state and federal sectors.
